Sigma Industries consists of several Canadian and US companies that produce composite and metal products for, among others, original equipment manufactures (OEMs) in the transportation industry -- heavy-duty trucks, coaches, busses, trains. Other customers include manufacturers of agricultural machinery, road maintenance vehicles (snow removal and street cleaning), and wind energy products. Sigma sells through OEMs and distributors in worldwide though the US and Canada make up most of sales. In 2012 the company reorganized under court-ordered  bankruptcy protection, which included selling its US assets and renaming its US subsidiary RMC US.
